I require 1/4 of the total instrument price at the time of order to secure your place in the build schedule. When build begins I will require another 1/4, with the remaining 1/2 plus shipping due upon completion. If order is canceled prior to the start of the build your deposit will be fully refunded. If canceled after instrument is started your deposit will be held until instrument is sold.
Payments may be made by Personal Check, Money Order, or through Paypal. Paypal payments subject to my approval.
All instruments must be paid for within one month of completion or they will be sold at my discretion, and deposit will be forefeited.
All instruments come with a lifetime warrenty to the original owner that protects against defects in craftsmanship. Applicability of warrenty is at my sole discretion.
All instruments sold within the state of Missouri will have applicable sales taxes added.
I understand that it's very difficult to spend your hard earned money on a little known luthier, so I offer the following. After the completion or your instrument I will allow you up to 14-days to try it in your home/studio/gigs, and if you are not happy with it for any reason feel free to return it, in it's original undamaged condition, and I will be happy to correct the problem either through repairs/rebuild or refund. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
